Clothing, lingerie, and bondage wear must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items that have been tried on without underwear, soiled, or altered in any way are strictly non-returnable. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon arrival at our facility. If an item is found to be in an unacceptable condition or in violation of these hygiene standards, it will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. The rejected item will only be shipped back to you at your own expense.

3. How to Initiate an Easy Return

We have simplified the return process to ensure it is as straightforward as possible. To initiate an Easy Return, follow these simple steps:

  2. Click "Request Return": Select the specific item, choose a reason for the return from the dropdown menu, and submit your request.
  3. Receive your Return Authorization (RMA): Once your request is approved (usually within 24 hours), you will receive an email containing your unique RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Pack your item: Place the item securely in a shipping box, preferably the original box. Ensure your RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship it back: Drop the package off at the designated carrier location. Your return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you checked out as a guest, you can initiate a return by visiting our Returns Portal and entering your order number and email address. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist you if you encounter any difficulties during this process.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or is simply not the item you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In these specific cases, our Easy Returns policy is even more accommodating. You must report defective or damaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence if possible.

For verified defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with the option of a full refund, a store credit, or an expedited replacement of the exact same item. Many of the electronic devices and vibrators we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. If a product becomes defective after the initial 14-day reporting period but is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to file a warranty claim.

5. The Refund Process and Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our processing center, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an automated email notification confirming that the refund has been processed on our end.

Please note that while we process the refund immediately upon approval, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your bank or credit card issuer. Typically, it takes between 3 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement. If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the funds will be restored to that specific card or account within 24 hours of approval. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

6. Exchanges and Store Credit

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, our Easy Returns system can accommodate that as well. During the return initiation process, simply select "Exchange" and indicate the new item or size you would like. If the new item has a higher price, you will be prompted to pay the difference. If it has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

We also offer the option to receive your refund in the form of Store Credit. When you choose Store Credit, we often include a bonus percentage (e.g., an extra 10% value) as a thank you for your continued loyalty. Store credit never expires and can be applied immediately to any future purchases on our website.

7. International Returns

For our international customers, the Easy Returns policy still applies, but the logistics differ slightly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide prepaid return shipping labels for international addresses at this time. You will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label from a local carrier and covering all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for international returns that are lost or damaged in transit. The 90-day return window applies from the date your package was delivered to your international address. Customs duties and taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable through us; you may need to contact your local customs office to seek a refund for those specific charges.
